Welcome to My Fundraiser for BC Cancer Foundation
My family, as many others has been affected by cancer through generations now. Both of my grandmothers, aunt, cousin and now my mom have battled/ are battling cancer.
The day after my mom begins her chemo treament I am set to leave for Europe to walk a camino from Portugal to Spain. This trip was booked before my mom's diagnosis and what orginally started as a personal endenvour has now turned in to something I want to do for my mom and others who have been affected by cancer in some way.
I will be walking approximately 280km over the course of the journey and my goal is to raise $5 for every km walked with a total fundraising goal of $1,400.
Every donation helps power breakthroughs that are changing what's possible for people facing cancer in British Columbia.
